SJI MatrixThe determination of performance quality is a vexing issue in the study of third sector/nonprofit/civil society organizations. Organizations in this sector vary widely in their auspices, purposes, sources of support, and quality of performance. In addition, variation in organizational productivity may not relate directly to the level of financial support provided by donors for the support of organizational activity.

SIF Quality Model

The SIF Quality Model is an initiative of the Nonprofit Quality Centre (NQC). NQC was established in 2001 within Social Innovation Foundation (SIF) in order to manage the activities of SIF in the field of quality management and development.

Quality is a basic element within any organization. With the SIF Quality Model our partners can implement a unique system, designed specially to meet the specific needs of the non-profit sector. The Model can be obtained by attending the five module training programme.
